Sr Advanced Electrical Engineer

Location: Orange, TX, United States

The Sr. Advanced Electrical Engineer is responsible for plant instrumentation, power distribution, and control system design, testing, and implementation. This role requires advanced technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead engineering efforts on cross-functional projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support controls hardware, software, and networking onsite
• Lead and support electrical and instrumentation project implementation
• Perform detailed engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and validation testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in existing and new designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, operations, process engineering, HSE, and quality) to ensure seamless integration
• Develop and review technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and test reports
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovation efforts

As a Sr Advanced Electrical Engineer here at Solstice, you will lead the design and development of complex electrical systems, provide technical expertise, and ensure project success. Your role will impact our ability to deliver innovative solutions. You will report directly to our Process Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Orange TX location on a On-site, work schedule.
