Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of key projects within Solera. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all project objectives are achieved on time and within scope. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects across multiple departments.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and set clear expectations.
- Establish and monitor project milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
- Team Management
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and task delegation.
- Monitor team implementation progress and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Troubleshoot project obstacles and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
- Quality Assurance and Delivery:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
- Oversee testing and quality control processes, where applicable.
- Ensure smooth project delivery and post-project evaluation.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, ideally within the Healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from start to finish.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.
Travel
- This is a remote position and must be located within the United States.
- Occasional domestic travel required (up to 5 -10%) for business needs.
