Project - the aim you'll have

Software Mind is expanding its Applied AI Solutions consulting and AI Accelerator Platform across enterprise clients and is seeking a Client Solutions Architect to join our US team.

This is a revenue influencing, client facing role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercial execution. The Client Solutions Architect partners closely with Sales and Delivery leadership to shape enterprise opportunities, validate outcomes through proof first engagements, and drive scalable platform attached programs.

This is not a traditional pre sales engineer role and it is not a delivery only architect role. It is a commercially accountable individual contributor position responsible for influencing and closing meaningful business while maintaining credibility with senior technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Position – how you’ll contribute

• The Client Solutions Architect translates complex client challenges into structured, outcome driven engagements.
• Partner with Sales and Delivery to support strategic accounts
• Lead early-stage discovery conversations with enterprise clients
• Define solution approaches aligned to Software Mind AI, Data and Modernization capabilities
• Shape proof engagements such as ideation workshops, assessments, and pilots
• Drive conversion from opportunity to contracted revenue, alongside the sales and delivery teams
• Ensure platform adoption and solution scalability
• This role carries a defined ghost revenue target and is expected to directly influence closed business each year.
  

Expectations - the experience you need

• Five or more years in enterprise technology roles
• Experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or strategic presales
• Strong understanding of cloud modernization, Data and AI use cases
• Experience leading client workshops and executive conversations
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
• Experience in multiple industries including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, Technology, and Health Tech
  

Additional skills – the edge you have

• Experience shaping and commercializing AI, Data, or modernization solutions within complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Familiarity with AI accelerator platforms, reusable solution frameworks, or platform-led consulting offerings.
• Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, business case development, and ROI-based solution positioning.
• Proven ability to convert assessments, workshops, or pilots into larger-scale delivery programs.
• Experience working across Sales, Delivery, and Account teams in a matrixed consulting or technology services environment.
