Your Opportunity
Join our Paris team to have direct impact of building proprietary technology which will be powering up our investment execution and support in deploying meaningful insights of public and private software and tech companies, market insights & trends.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the architecture, development and quality assurance for Software Club product.
- Work closely with product owners, data scientists, UI/UX designers to build state-of-the-art Software products including AI/ML.
- Own the quality of engineering solutions including code quality, test coverage, automated tests, etc.
- Build and own custom frontend and backend services.
- Oversee testing and debugging and develop fixes.
- Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations.
- Follow and improve established agile guidelines/procedures for the Product team.
- Build and nurture the tech culture at Software Club.
Your Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in software development including analysis, technical design, coding, and testing.
- Strong proficiency in front-end languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js. Working experience with React Components is strongly preferred.
- Strong back-end experience using programming languages like Java, Python, Ruby, .NET, Node.js etc. Working experience with Node.js in Typescript preferred.
- Solid experience with NoSQL and SQL databases.
- Good understanding of server-side languages.
- Strong knowledge of web server technologies.
- Experience in cloud technologies. AWS Cloud Development experience is a plus.
- Experience with API Development preferred.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns and best practices for web services, full stack system architecture and system integration.
- Experience in full system implementation life cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement and support).
- Solid experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of leading and motivating high-performing development teams.
- Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
