Requirements

· 5+ years of experience in CRM integration projects
· Experience designing and developing CRM integration solutions
· Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services
· Experience with Azure Function Apps and Durable Functions
· Experience with Azure API Management
· Knowledge of Azure Application Insights, Key Vault, Storage Accounts
· Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
· Knowledge of OpenAPI, JSON-based services
· Experience integrating systems using Apache Kafka
· Strong development experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core
· Experience with Azure App Registrations
· Experience with GitHub and source code management
· Experience working in DevOps environments
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines
· Knowledge of secure development practices
· Experience using Dependency Injection
· Experience with TDD, .NET Unit Testing, MoQ Framework
· Experience with proactive monitoring and telemetry using Azure Application Insights

Responsibilities (Activities to perform)
· Design, develop, and maintain CRM integration solutions using Azure and .NET
· Develop and manage Azure Function Apps and Durable Functions
· Design and implement REST APIs and JSON-based services
· Configure and administer Azure API Management
· Implement integrations using Apache Kafka
· Ensure scalability, performance, security, and availability of integration services
· Manage API lifecycle and integration governance
· Implement CI/CD and deployment automation practices
· Monitor integrations using Application Insights and telemetry tools
· Troubleshoot integration issues and performance bottlenecks
· Support integration architecture and solution design initiatives
· Apply development standards and best practices
· Collaborate with business and technical teams
· Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
