Location: Mexico

Security Auditor Sr.
We are seeking a GRC Data & Process Analyst with hands-on experience in IRM/GRC, data quality management, risk and compliance operations, and business process documentation within cybersecurity environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, validate, and remediate GRC data within IRM.
- Identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, gaps, and quality issues across multiple data sources.
- Perform data reconciliation, cleansing, normalization, and reporting activities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including playbooks, runbooks, procedures, process flows, and business requirements.
- Create reports, metrics, and dashboards to support GRC operations and leadership reporting.
- Collaborate with SMEs to capture undocumented processes and translate them into clear, repeatable procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in GRC, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Compliance, Business Analysis, or Data Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with IRM/GRC.
- Strong Excel skills, including data reconciliation, cleansing, pivot tables, and large dataset analysis.
- Knowledge of risk management, controls, compliance, governance, and third-party risk management (TPRM).
- Experience creating operational documentation and process procedures.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
