Work Location: remote local

Requirements
· Required – Technical Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
· Over 3 years of software development experience
· Over 2 years of Technical Lead experience
· Experience with Java and Spring Boot
· Experience developing web applications with Angular
· Knowledge of design patterns, software architecture, SOLID principles
· Experience with Gradle and Maven
· Experience with SQL Server administration and optimization
· Experience with Docker and Jenkins
· Experience with Git and GitHub
· Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven systems
· Experience deploying and operating solutions in Microsoft Azure
· Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum

Responsibilities (Activities to perform)
· Lead development teams from a technical and functional perspective
· Assign, coordinate, and track development activities
· Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met
· Analyze requirements and participate in solution design
· Design software architectures applying design patterns and SOLID principles
· Review code and enforce development best practices
· Ensure quality and consistency of technical deliverables
· Support Product Backlog refinement activities
· Guide the implementation of scalable and robust solutions
· Promote continuous delivery and engineering best practices
· Manage technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies
· Act as the technical owner of the project
· Collaborate with development, architecture, and product teams
