Position Summary

We are seeking a Proficient DataOps Engineer - Open Cloud & On-Prem to support the implementation, automation and operation of governed data platforms that enable analytics, reporting and AI-driven business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and automate governed ingestion, staging and data/metadata workflows for CRM, product catalog, financing and sales knowledge-base sources.

Use SQL and Python/PySpark to profile, cleanse, deduplicate, standardize, enrich and validate data, producing reliable datasets for customer queries, product catalogs, quotations and agent consumption.

Implement dataset versioning, tagging, lineage, freshness and quality checks; create audit dashboards and operational evidence to improve data reliability and MVP adoption reporting.

Apply security and compliance configurations for data access, secrets and environments; manage data artifacts and deployments through Git, CI/CD.

Document schemas, business definitions, pipelines, controls and runbooks; support testing of Salma flows for consultation, quotation, validation and intelligent CRM write-back interfaces.

Out of scope: development of Lambda application logic, modifications or configurations inside the CRM, front-end development and day-to-day infrastructure support.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Engineering or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, DataOps, DevOps or Cloud Data Platform environments.

Experience implementing and supporting AWS-based data solutions.

Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.

Experience developing data transformation and processing workflows using PySpark.

Knowledge of data governance, metadata management and data quality frameworks.

Experience working with Git-based development and CI/CD processes.
