Data Management Engineer OnPrem ETL Sr

Location: Monterrey, Aguascalientes, Mexico

Work Location: onsite


Requirements
Required – Technical Skills
· Proficient SQL expertise (mandatory)
· Experience with SQL Server administration
· Experience with Azure SQL administration
· Advanced SQL and T-SQL development skills
· Experience in query optimization
· Experience in index tuning
· Experience performing database performance analysis
· Experience developing stored procedures
· Experience developing database functions
· Experience creating and maintaining views
· Experience in data modeling
· Knowledge of ETL processes
· Experience with data integration solutions
· Experience providing L3 support
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Experience supporting production environments

Responsibilities (Activities to perform)
· Maintain business-critical applications
· Support production database environments
· Implement minor application enhancements
· Develop solutions based on business requirements
· Ensure application stability and availability
· Monitor compliance with KPIs and service objectives
· Troubleshoot incidents and application issues
· Resolve database performance problems
· Analyze and resolve locks and deadlocks
· Optimize queries and database performance
· Collaborate with development teams on improvements
· Support database and application optimization initiatives
· Document incidents, changes, and solutions
· Maintain traceability and operational transparency
· Provide ongoing production support
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
· Ensure reliability and availability of database systems
