  • Use AI tools to explore visual directions, create source materials, and streamline routine work.

  • Prepare selected print files in line with printing-house specifications.

  • Ensure visual quality and that all materials serve the communication objective and comply with brand guidelines.

  • Follow technical requirements for both digital and print deliverables.

  • Receive and clarify briefs, propose visual solutions, and present them clearly to the team.

  • Collaborate with colleagues on developing and applying the brand identity.

Required Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Hands-on experience creating digital assets for multiple channels and formats.

  • Ability to turn a key visual into a scalable system and adapt it without compromising meaning or quality.

  • Experience working with design systems, components, and templates.

  • Solid print-file preparation skills: colour modes, bleeds, resolution, fonts, and final files compliant with printer specifications.

  • Experience with generative AI tools and an understanding of their limitations, including copyright considerations.

  • Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, good visual taste, and a constructive approach to feedback.

  • A portfolio featuring commercial projects is required.

  • Russian proficiency at Fluent level (C1+).

Nice to have:

  • English proficiency at the Intermediate level (B1).
