About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design compelling creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams to create engaging and effective design solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Create visually impactful graphics, illustrations, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, corporate communications, and brand initiatives.
• Present design concepts and creative strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively while maintaining design excellence.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance creative output.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital marketing creatives, and visual communication.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of video editing tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A logical, smart, and highly presentable professional with strong attention to detail.
