ServiceNow Developer - ITSM
Department: Digital Transformation (DTX)

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using server-side and client-side scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Create and manage workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Work on Service Portal customization and UI enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Support upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance activities.
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong experience in ITSM module implementation and customization.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience in building integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and web services.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and Service Mapping (preferred).
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Script Includes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and delivery
