• Design high-quality graphics for social media, ads, websites, presentations, and other marketing assets.
• Create basic short-form and long-form video content using CapCut, After Effects, Illustrator, and similar editing tools.
• Develop static creatives aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Use AI design tools to support and improve creative workflows.
• Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and team members to deliver cohesive and effective designs.
• Work on creative concepts, visually appealing layouts, and campaign creatives.
• Edit raw video footage, add basic effects/transitions, and optimize outputs for various platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design and video assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts and visual themes.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media trends, and emerging creative tools.

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with basic video editing exposure.
• Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, CapCut, After Effects, and other creative software.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools.
• Good understanding of layout principles, typography, color theory, and brand aesthetics.
• Basic experience in creating video edits, reels, and promotional videos.
• Ability to design for multiple formats (horizontal, vertical, square) based on platform requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple design requests and deliver within deadlines.
• Strong creative thinking, visual communication, and attention to detail.
• Portfolio showcasing graphic design and basic video editing work across different formats (mandatory).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with social media trends, platform-specific best practices, and design standards.
