About the role

We are a global premium publisher with 28 years of history, providing quality software & APPs download services across multiple languages, also expanding with white labels (Download.com Filehippo), Publisher network (rev.amp), and more partnerships on the way.

As our data & yield analyst reporting to the Director of Advertising, you will be responsible for bridging all revenue team’s data-analytics need (including but not limited to datasets, data visualization, and automation with the process for revenue generation/optimization purposes) with our BI team, to drive initiatives that will boost making more & better data-driven decisions and improve efficiency on revenue generation. Will also take the yield function to analyze market trends & discover business opportunities, not only providing insights to the relevant teams (Sales, Paid, Partnership, Adtech, Product, Traffic, etc) but also following through with the implementation of the initiatives to ensure the business impact is realized.

Key responsibilities

• Be a data champion inside the Advertising & RevOps team and the go-to-person for ithe team & stakeholders from other revenue teams when it comes to better utilization of our data.

• Help revenue teams to identify opportunities: using new data points, visualization and automation solutions and ideas to improve revenue generation efficiency, take those requirements, coordinate with dev (BI or other teams) to build the roadmap for the projects & implement accordingly.

• Oversee & analyze mid-long (monthly, quarterly, YoY) term yield performance/trends of revenue streams & devices, provide insights on fluctuation, alerts when needed, and recommend a clear plan of action.

• Provide A/B test or lean test analysis with recommendations for revenue-related initiatives.

• Manage UPR optimisation and automation of pricing recommendation tool (either 3rd party or in-house).

• Be able to use agentic AI tools to automate process & streamline data processing & analytic flows to deliver results efficiently

• Provide insights on market trends, opportunities, and inventory availability information to the sales & AMs team for better usage of market data

• Help teams turn data into actionable insights that unlock revenue opportunities and support smarter business decisions.

Must have

• At least 2 years of working experience working as business analyst, preferably with experience in digital advertising business.

• Experience of working with BI platforms, like Tableau, Qlikview & advance skills of Google Analytics.

• Experience of doing data analysis work with AI tools like Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, Copilot, etc.

• Experience of working with BigQuery, SQL & Python.

• Preferable background on big data, data science related topics.

• Experience building analytical models and working with structured and unstructured data sets to drive business decisions.

• Knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem.

• Basic understanding of budgeting, financial forecast, and accounting principles is preferred.

• Excellent communication and project management skills with a strong business acumen.

• Ability to work on own initiative in a fast-moving environment.

• High level of motivation, determination and commitment.

• An excellent command of both written and spoken English is required.
