Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to develop, enhance, and support enterprise business applications and workflow automation solutions.
The role involves working across Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure SQL, REST APIs, SharePoint, approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and production support. The candidate should be capable of independently troubleshooting end-to-end application, workflow, integration, and data issues.
Key Responsibilities
Application & Workflow Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Build screens, forms, tables, filters, validations, business logic, and ticket/request-management solutions.
- Develop and support Power Automate cloud flows for approvals, notifications, routing, data updates, and synchronization.
- Implement approval/rejection workflows and automated business notifications.
Integration & Data Management
- Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with Azure SQL, SharePoint, REST APIs, and external systems.
- Understand and troubleshoot end-to-end data flow across source systems, Azure SQL, Power Apps, Power Automate, and APIs.
- Manage multiple production workflows and resolve failed, delayed, or incorrect flow executions.
Production Support & Collaboration
- Investigate production issues involving applications, data, APIs, synchronization, and workflows.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement reliable fixes.
- Implement approved enhancements and change requests with appropriate testing and documentation.
- Collaborate with business users, data engineers, technical teams, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of software development experience with strong Power Platform exposure.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with Azure SQL, APIs, SharePoint and enterprise integrations.
- Experience supporting production applications and business-critical workflows.
Preferred Certifications
- PL-100 (Microsoft Power Platform App Maker)
- PL-200 (Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant)
- PL-400 (Microsoft Power Platform Developer)
