Description
Softeta is a software engineering partner for finance, energy, industrial, and other high-stakes sectors. We specialise in building and modernising backend-heavy, integration-critical systems. With 100+ AI and custom software experts across engineering hubs in Lithuania and Poland, we deliver software, automation, and AI solutions for clients such as SEB, NordVPN, and CarVertical.
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong configuration and custom development skills. You will translate business needs into reliable Salesforce solutions, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience in financial services would be an advantage.
What you’ll do
- Configure and customise Salesforce to support business processes and user needs.
- Develop and maintain custom functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Build and improve integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and design technical solutions.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimise solutions for reliability, security, and performance.
- Contribute to code reviews, deployments, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and custom development.
- Customisation using Apex, SOQL, SOSL and declarative tools.
- Extensive configuration experience, Workflow, Process Builder, Flows.
- Experience of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder.
- Exp- Comfortable with SDLC discipline, unit testing, DEV/UAT/production deployments and source control
- Exerience with Salesforce objects, Flows, validation rules, and access controls.

Salary:
- For employees: 5 000 EUR to 6 300 EUR monthly (gross).
- For contractors: 35 EUR to 40 EUR per hour (plus VAT).
