The Odoo Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Snoonu’s Odoo ERP system. The focus is on WMS, inventory, procurement, return flows, pick-pack-ship workflows, and two-way integrations with Snoonu’s internal microservices. You will work with Python, Odoo ORM, XML views, scheduled jobs, and REST APIs.
🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:
- Develop and customize Odoo modules for Inventory, Warehouse, Purchase, Accounting, Operations.
- Build and maintain internal API integrations between Odoo and Snoonu systems.
- Create custom models, fields, views, menu items, reports, workflows, and scheduled jobs.
- Optimize stock moves, picking workflows, procurement rules, and operational automations.
- Debug issues in Odoo ORM, stock valuation, quants, FIFO/FEFO logic.
- Implement barcode scanning workflows (pick, pack, ship).
- Customize dashboards for operations, finance, replenishment, warehouse KPIs.
- Ensure performance optimization for high-volume stock operations.
- Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain CI/CD standards.

Technical Expertise
- Strong Odoo development experience (v13–v18).
Expert in:
- Python
- Odoo ORM
- XML (views, reports, UI)
- REST APIs (FastAPI/Django/Flask knowledge is a plus)
Strong understanding of:
- Stock moves, quants, routes, procurement engines
- Multi-warehouse design
- FIFO/FEFO valuation
- Return flows (RMA, RTV)
- PostgreSQL mastery (queries, constraints, performance tuning).
- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with QA, functional, operations, and product teams.
- Analytical mindset, debugging skills, ownership attitude.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years experience as an Odoo Developer.
- Strong ERP/WMS background.
- Bachelor’s or more in CS/Engineering or equivalent
✨ Bonus Points if You Have:
- Knowledge of Odoo SH or on-prem deployments.
- Knowledge of message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ) for sync jobs.
- Frontend: JavaScript, Owl, Web assets (optional).
