Why this role exists…

At Snap Analytics, we don’t just build data stacks; we engineer the “invisible engines” that power global industry. In seven years, we have grown from a founding idea to nearly 200 specialists, sustaining a 200% year-on-year growth trajectory and we are still in the early chapters. • Optimising supply chains that reach 94% of UK households.
  • Supporting the financial futures of over one million families through the platforms we build for leading wealth management firms.
We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: a “no-ego” collaborative culture, a relentless focus on customer success. We’re looking for senior leaders. We hire seasoned experts who act as strategic partners, capable of navigating the boardroom and the modern cloud data estate with equal poise. You will join an award-winning team trusted by Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 organisations to steer their most critical digital transformations. If you are ready to own high-stakes programmes and mentor the next generation of data & AI talent in a rapidly expanding firm, we want to hear from you.

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career defining opportunity.

What you'll be doing...

You’ll lead the delivery of data solutions for our clients, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and implement high-quality outcomes.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Should be proficient in Pyspark, Fabric data factory/any ETL tool, Building CI/CD pipeline using bit bucket/git hub, Used AWS or equivalent cloud services - SQS, SNS, Cloud storage, cloud watch etc.
  • Facilitating discussions with clients, adapting your style to different audiences
  • Offering multiple approaches to solve problems and balancing trade-offs
  • Should have good communication skill and can design/implement strategic tech solutions
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to internal improvements
  • Identifying opportunities to add business value and strengthen client relationships
