Information Security Analyst Senior (SOC Team Lead) (5455) (TS/SCI CI Poly) (Ft. Bragg, NC)
Location: Fort Bragg, NC
Department: PACIFIC and INDOPACOM
SMX is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to serve as the Security Operations Center (SOC) Team Lead responsible for managing a team of cybersecurity professionals providing continuous monitoring, incident response, RMF support, vulnerability management, and cyber defense operations for classified enterprise environments.
This is a full-time onsite position in Ft. Bragg, NC.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of cybersecurity analysts supporting 24x7 SOC operations.
- Coordinate cyber incident response.
- Oversee continuous monitoring activities.
- Review security alerts and incident investigations.
- Manage vulnerability remediation.
- Lead ATO package development and maintenance.
- Coordinate change management.
- Ensure compliance with RMF requirements.
- Produce operational metrics and reports.
- Mentor cybersecurity personnel.
Required Skills, Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years cybersecurity experience.
- 3+ years leading SOC teams.
- Experience with SIEM platforms.
- Experience supporting RMF.
- Knowledge of endpoint security solutions.
- CISSP preferred or equivalent IAT III certification.
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
