• 设计和开发夹具、工具和制造流程，以支持产品组装和检验
• 与设计、制造和工艺工程师合作，确定制造方法
• 创建和编辑技术文档，包括特殊工艺规程和操作说明
• 为所有人员提供技术支持，并为持续改进计划做出贡献
• 就新产品开发与项目管理密切合作
• 解释客户规格，并将其转化为实用的制造解决方案
• 制定防错策略，提高产品质量和生产效率
• 为工具室和机加工车间的制造绘制详细图纸
• 分析来自生产、管理、质量、规划和采购人员的意见，以改进流程
• 确保所有设计优先考虑操作员的安全并符合公司标准
• 参与使用各种技术（如 5 个为什么、鱼骨图、六西格玛）解决问题的活动
• 了解制造和设计工程领域的行业趋势和新兴技术

职位要求

• University Degree in either Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• 机械或电子类专业本科以上学历
• Competent in use of 3D, 2D design tools and PDM.
• 熟练使用3D，2D和 PDM
• 3+ years of practical experience in design of electrical connector, knowledge of connector specifications (prefer 5+ related high power or voltage connector design experience)
• 3年以上连接器设计经验
• Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, molding and assembly techniques (including crimping, soldering and high current wire termination).

• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis utilizing standard problem-solving tools and methodologies.

• Knowledge of material properties and the ability to undertake materials selection activities

• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Mandarin Chinese and English
