Role: Service Delivery Engineer- Sr. Tulip Developer

Location: Kharadi, Pune

The Service Delivery Engineer, MFG & QRA is responsible for leading the application support for Manufacturing and Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring effective delivery of IT service requests, incident resolutions, and system enhancements. This role ensures business continuity by maintaining application stability, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvements across the application lifecycle.

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain manufacturing applications using the Tulip No-Code/Low-Code platform to support shop floor operations and process automation.
• Build integrations between Tulip and enterprise systems such as SAP, MES, ERP, databases, PLCs, and IoT devices to enable seamless data flow.
• Configure and manage Tulip apps, tables, connectors, triggers, and analytics dashboards to improve operational visibility and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform enhancements, ensure platform governance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Tulip Platform, REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and system integrations.
• Understanding of Manufacturing, Quality, MES, Industry 4.0, and shop floor processes.
