Art Director

Location: Onsite, Manila, Philippines

About the Hiring Company:
The Art Director owns how both brands (one premium, one mass-market) look in every campaign, promo, banner, video and event. The role leads the in-house design team of graphic designers, motion designers and video editors, and keeps quality high at the volume and speed an online business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Set the visual direction for each brand: premium and restrained for the premium brand, bold and mass-market for the mass-market brand

• Turn briefs from the Brand Marketing Managers into campaign concepts and KVs, working with the Copywriter

• Lead, hire and develop designers, motion designers and video editors; set workflows and turnaround SLAs

• Manage the creative request queue across brand, acquisition, CRM and product so work is prioritized and delivered on time

• Produce and approve campaign KVs, video and motion, performance ad variants, lobby and promo banners, and print, OOH and event artwork

• Build and maintain design systems, templates and asset libraries for both brands

• Art-direct photo and video shoots; manage freelancers and production houses

• Hand over print-ready and build-ready files to the Production Manager and media vendors

• Make sure all visuals meet brand guidelines, PAGCOR advertising rules and responsible gaming requirements

Success in the First 12 Months

• Turnaround SLAs set and met for standard requests

• Templates and asset libraries live for both brands

• Measurable lift in tested ad and banner performance

• Design team fully staffed with defined roles

The Successful Candidate

• 8+ years in design or advertising, with 3+ as an Art Director or design lead

• A portfolio covering both premium and mass-market brand work, plus performance and digital creative

• Experience working on Philippine consumer (B2C) brands

• Online gaming / iGaming experience strongly preferred; agency, e-commerce or app experience also considered

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; comfortable with motion tools and AI-assisted production

• Experience art-directing shoots and large-format OOH

• Can explain creative decisions to non-creatives and take commercial feedback
