Are you ready to turn your analytics thinking and foundations into real-world impact? Smartly’s Launchpad Program is built for recent Master’s graduates in analytical fields - economics, maths, physics, or related fields who are eager to take their first step into full-time analytics. Over six months, you’ll gain hands-on experience, sharpen your skills, and contribute directly to the global platform powering the world’s largest online advertisers.
Our tech stack includes BigQuery, Airflow, dbt, and Tableau.
Here’s What You’ll Do at Smartly…
- Turn data into impact: Use data to shape product decisions that affect millions of users.
- Learn by doing: Work with experienced mentors in analytics, product, and engineering teams.
- Level up your stack: Build skills in SQL, dbt, BigQuery, Airflow, and Tableau.
- Make a difference: Provide insights and solve real business and product challenges at scale.
Here’s What We’re Looking For…
- Education: You’ve recently completed (or are about to complete) your degree in an analytics field.
- Hands-on experience: You’ve already applied analytics and SQL in internships or summer jobs - you’re not starting from scratch.
- Learning mindset: You don’t need to know it all: curiosity, problem-solving, and eagerness to grow matter most.
- Full-time availability: This is a 37.5h/week program for the full 6 months. Applicants must be able to commit to the entire duration.
- Entry-level focus: This program is designed as a launchpad into your first permanent, full-time analytics role. If you already have several years of full-time industry experience, this program isn’t the right fit.
- English proficiency: Comfortable working in English, our company language.
- Helsinki presence: You’ll be based in our Helsinki office at least 3 days per week (hybrid model).

Program Details

- Duration: 6 months, with the opportunity for a permanent role afterward.
