Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Production Engineer to join our team in Libya. This role involves supporting the PSD team to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable products and services to customers. The Production Engineer will assist in designing, optimizing, and improving technical job processes while contributing to operational efficiency and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver optimized technical job designs for the Product Line

• Identify opportunities to apply new and cost-effective techniques

• Explore opportunities for value-added products and services

• Provide technical support throughout the service delivery process

• Understand and communicate the value of technology and interpretations

• Consult with subject matter experts to optimize technical designs

• Support execution by making design adjustments based on job dimensions, resource availability, or service quality incidents

• Assist in incident response, recovery, and investigation

• Collaborate across multiple Product Line operations to ensure optimized job designs

• Assist sales and commercial teams in evaluating technical viability and tenders

• Analyze job execution versus design and capture lessons learned, best practices, and optimization opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

• Basic understanding of production operations, technical job design, and process optimization

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
