Job Description

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the development and adoption of AI across our organization. You will design, develop, and implement innovative AI solutions, enhance existing AI capabilities, and integrate AI-driven automation into our in-house systems and business processes. You will combine strong engineering expertise with a practical understanding of AI technologies to deliver scalable, reliable, and impactful solutions that create tangible value for the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and implement AI systems to address customer needs and automate processes within internal systems.

• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their requirements and business needs.

• Work on existing in-house developed systems, enhancing functionality and integrating new AI features.

• Monitor and optimize the performance and responses of internal chatbot systems based on user interactions and feedback.

• Install, configure, and test local LLM models.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Machine Learning and AI technologies.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in developing Machine Learning and AI systems.

• Proficiency in the Python programming language.

• Demonstrated experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Mathematical modelling, with the ability to understand, evaluate, and optimize complex architectures, training methodologies, inference pipelines, and machine learning model behaviour.

• Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, HuggingFace).

• Experience working with SQL databases.

• Familiarity with cloud AI services and vector databases

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

• Knowledge and experience with PHP and Laravel will be considered as an advantage.

• Experience deploying and optimizing local LLMs and AI agents will be considered as an advantage.
