Development Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the full cycle of shoe product development.
• Check, influence, and confirm product specifications and material selections to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate development records and documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including USA-based R&D and factories.
• Work with headquarter office production teams and technicians on daily work basis about project development details.
• Foster a collaborative team environment built on trust, respect, and open communication.

Main Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in shoe development, with a focus on soccer footwear.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent project tracking abilities.
• Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects concurrently.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
• Positive personality, willing to learn, adaptable, and team-oriented.
