The role. One of the best ways in tech to go from analyzing problems to shipping AI solutions that reach production. From day one you work hands-on on live customer accounts — validating data, configuring the platform, building dashboards and supporting discovery — while building deep product mastery and AI-first instincts. If you're early in a career at a top consulting firm or systems integrator (Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, PwC, EY) and you'd rather build and deploy than just advise, this is where you start.
What you own
- Hands-on execution on assigned accounts — data validation, configuration, dashboards and discovery prep.
- Getting close to the customer's real systems and data — supporting configuration, lightweight integration and early agent-building alongside a Senior.
- Building product mastery — working toward Skan certification and deep domain depth.
- Data health and integration quality under the guidance of a Senior or Lead.
- AI-first habits — using agents to automate repeating work from the very start.
What we look for
- 2–4 years in consulting, data or delivery — a Deloitte / Accenture / KPMG / PwC / EY or SI background is a strong fit.
- Data fluency — SQL and BI tools, with Python a plus; comfortable in logs and configs.
- Several persona traits already — curiosity, ownership and a client-ready presence.
- AI-first and solutions-led instinct, with a genuine drive to become a Skan product expert.
- Wants to build and deploy, not just advise; heavily hands-on and technical.

- Thrives in uncertainty: Can run a substantive, back-and-forth customer conversation, build on a fuzzy idea, and convert uncertainty into certainty — Idea → Implementation → Impact. Customers are under pressure and want someone who guides and coaches them.
- Pragmatic solutioning: Navigates roadblocks and imperfect systems without waiting to be told what to do — independent judgment over guidance-dependence.
- Data-first, value-driven (not task execution): The real work isn't just executing the task in front of you. You own the step before — figuring out what data matters to create foresight on what to optimize — and the step after — the 'what next' that turns insight into value — keeping everything aligned to the customer's bigger goals.
- AI-first by default: Collects data first, then builds agents to optimize workflows — moving past large, manual analyst-and-developer teams.
- Ownership, agility, client-facing: Continuous contact with the customer and heavy ownership across every one of these dimensions.
How the role works
- Our priorities, in order: product expert (trained and certified on Skan), AI-first (agents do the repeat work — every consultant a 10x consultant), solutions-led (solve the true business problem), and end-to-end ownership from discovery through adoption.
- The bar: you solve real customer problems, and you're building toward independently leading a customer discovery session — turning discovery and ideas into a clear plan to ship and adopt an AI solution.
- Hands-on and technical: you support discovery and delivery on live accounts, getting close to the customer's systems and data and automating the repetitive with AI.
- Travel and focus: roughly 30% travel to customer sites; about 80% of your time on customer delivery, 20% on learning and certification.
