- Customer-Centric Dashboards: Collaborate with customers to design, build, and refine dashboards in Power BI and Apache Superset that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights, demonstrating ROI and performance improvements.\
- KPI Development and Tracking: Develop and monitor customized key performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., Net Promoter Score, First Pass Rate) tailored to customer needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Advanced Data Mining: Conduct advanced data mining and analysis using SQL and data warehousing techniques to uncover trends, correlations, and insights that drive business improvements.
- Operational Insights: Analyze operational datasets to discover deep, actionable insights that deliver measurable value to customers, enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Innovative Visualization: Experiment with advanced visualization techniques and infographics in Power BI and Apache Superset to maximize data clarity and actionability for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Data Science teams to identify data-driven process improvements and innovate new value drivers from the platform.
- Customer Value Engagement: Participate in customer value engineering meetings to gain firsthand insights into business value requirements, ensuring analytics solutions align with customer goals.
- Standardized Frameworks: Contribute to the development and standardization of value engineering framework, creating industry-specific templates and report structures to streamline value delivery across projects.
- Actionable Insights: Translate complex data into compelling, data-driven stories that support strategic business decisions and enhance customer outcomes.
- Continuous Innovation: Collaborate with the Data Science team to explore new analytical approaches, leveraging emerging tools and techniques to unlock additional value from data.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, with hands-on expertise in Databricks/Snowflake, Microsoft Power BI, and Apache Superset.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, and online analytical processing (OLAP), with expert knowledge of the Microsoft BI stack (Power Pivot, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) and open-source BI tools such as Apache Superset. • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python for data parsing, structuring, and transformation to support advanced analytics workflows.
- Dashboard Expertise: Demonstrated ability to create intuitive, user-friendly dashboards that effectively communicate process insights to diverse audiences.
- Business Process Analysis: Proven track record of conducting business process analysis and research across various industries, with experience in process mining or process analytics.
- Value Engineering: Experience in value engineering or business value analysis, with the ability to analyze economic and corporate trends to support value-based discussions.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical thinking with a focus on translating data into actionable business recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.
- Collaboration and Independence: Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating across organizational boundaries in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- GenAI tools & technologies: Experience leveraging Generative AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to automate reporting, extract actionable insights, and enhance data-driven decision-making. Skilled in using GenAI platforms like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to analyze datasets, generate summaries, and create intuitive, insight-rich business reports.
