Job Description

At the beginning of a new project the selected test tools are to be integrated into the customer's environment. It can be very challenging to connect various applications and technologies.

During this phase, a lot of requirements need to be met under time pressure.

In the mature phase of the projects the number of technical requests and the workload decrease significantly. However, the ad hoc tasks still require creative solution approaches and good collaboration with the project team and the customer.

Technical support for the project is usually not a full-time engagement, which gives the possibility to manage multiple clients in parallel and quickly build many customer relationships.

·       Integrate Tricentis Tosca and other tools into the customer’s IT environment (mostly C#, Java, Java Script)

·       Skillfully enhance the functionality of Tricentis Tosca and other tools to meet the customer’s expectations (mostly C#, Java, Java Script)

·       Implement and support CI / CD pipeline

·       Support our clients and prospects with expertise about different technical related questions

·       Support our sales force in all technical/tool related matters

·       Provide technical project assessments to clients and interested parties, on our solutions

·       Collaborate with teams in Switzerland, Serbia, Austria, Poland, Germany and Abu Dhabi

·       Active member of the Technical Tool Community in our organization

·       Develop new and maintain existing open-source frameworks for test automation

Represent the company and our solutions with passion and enthusiasm

Qualifications

·       Academic degree in software engineering or relevant work experience

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in professional software development

·       Good programming skills in .Net, Java, Python, JavaScript and/or other programming languages

·       Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle

·       Experience with software architecture/large IT environments

·       Practical knowledge of design patterns

·       Knowledge of TOSCA TestSuite and its technical controls (including customizations) is a plus

·       Agile engineering mindset

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of German is a plus

·       Perform well in complex situations and enjoy working in a challenging environment

·       Reliability and strong quality awareness

·       Customer and project accountability

·       Good presentation skills are a plus

·       Strong analytical skills and a pronounced ability to think in abstract terms
