CX Automation Product Owner drives automation and the use of AI across the Customer Experience (CX) department to reduce manual work, improve efficiency and support scalability. The role owns the Customer Support AI chatbot and coordinates Business Intelligence (BI) resources dedicated to Customer Experience. It also takes a hands-on approach to identifying automation opportunities and independently developing AI-powered solutions for teams across the department.

As a Product Owner you will:

  • Identify and automate Customer Experience processes, from understanding the problem and selecting the right approach to testing, validation and handover.

  • Support Customer Experience teams in working smarter with AI, helping leaders identify opportunities and develop scalable solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

  • Own and continuously develop the Customer Support chatbot, improving its capabilities, content, workflows and level of automation.

  • Collaborate with internal technology teams and external partners to expand AI capabilities and enable more complex automations across Customer Experience.

  • Coordinate BI development for Customer Experience, setting priorities and ensuring data is structured, accessible, accurate and useful for AI solutions, reports and dashboards.

  • Use data, testing and customer interactions to drive improvements, identifying new automation opportunities, testing different approaches and measuring results.

  • Ensure AI and data solutions are secure and compliant, working with relevant stakeholders to manage risks and protect confidential information.

  • Take ownership of delivery, including prioritization, requirements, testing, releases, documentation, stakeholder communication and proactively resolving or escalating blockers and risks.

Nice to have:

  • Previous Product Owner or similar experience, particularly in defining requirements, prioritising work and coordinating development, testing and releases.

  • Customer Experience or Customer Support experience, especially in understanding support processes and identifying opportunities for automation.

What You Bring To The Role:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming sector and 1 year of hands-on experience in automating processes using AI tools.

  • Fluent written and spoken English.

  • A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies, with the curiosity and motivation to continuously learn and experiment.

  • A highly self-driven and proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership and move things forward independently.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset, with the energy to find solutions and get things done.

  • Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage internal business and technical teams and external partners.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives through to completion.

Location: You are based in or willing to relocate to Tallinn, Estonia, where our office is located, working hybrid - 4 in the office and a day remote.
