What You'll Do

Program Execution & Learner Success

• Own the end-to-end execution of assigned learning programs, ensuring a seamless learner journey from onboarding to program completion.
• Drive learner engagement and participation across workshops, cohorts, and learning experiences.
• Act as the primary point of coordination for program delivery, ensuring timely issue resolution and operational excellence.
• Collect learner feedback and continuously improve program quality and learner satisfaction.

Operational Excellence

• Manage day-to-day program operations with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and execution quality.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance delivery.
• Build and optimize workflows, SOPs, and operational systems that support program growth.
• Ensure smooth execution with minimal operational friction and maximum learner impact.

Business Metrics & Revenue Impact

• Own and optimize key business metrics including show-up rates, learner engagement, completion rates, conversions, and revenue contribution.
• Monitor program health using data and proactively implement improvements.
• Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities that improve learner outcomes and business performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze learner behavior, operational metrics, and funnel performance to generate actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and reports that provide visibility into program performance.
• Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Community, Content, Product, and other internal teams.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and execution plans.
• Support new program launches and strategic initiatives through effective cross-functional coordination.

Continuous Improvement

• Develop a deep understanding of the complete learner lifecycle—from acquisition and enrollment to engagement, completion, and retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, learner satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, learner expectations, and best practices to continuously enhance program quality.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• 4+ years of experience in Program Management, Program Operations, Business Operations, Customer Success, or a related function.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage high-impact initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and operational rigor.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving outcomes with minimal supervision.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in EdTech, AI, SaaS, E-commerce, Consumer Internet, or high-growth startup environments.
• Experience managing learner or customer engagement programs and lifecycle journeys.
• Familiarity with analytics, reporting tools, and business dashboards.
• Exposure to conversion funnels, customer success metrics, and operational performance tracking.
• Experience driving process automation and operational improvements.
