We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Antenna Design Engineer with deep expertise in wireless communication and RF systems. Responsibilities:

• Design, simulate, and optimize antennas across multiple frequency bands (from 100 MHz to 10 GHz).

• Perform electromagnetic simulations using industry-standard tools (e.g. CST Microwave Studio).

• Build prototypes, conduct measurements, and validate antenna performance in laboratory and field environments.

• Collaborate with RF, hardware, and mechanical engineers to integrate antennas into compact device form factors.

• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and design guidelines for internal and external stakeholders.

• Contribute to innovation and R&D initiatives in advanced antenna technologies and architectures.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in antenna design and RF engineering.

• Strong expertise in electromagnetic simulation and measurement methods.

• Hands-on experience with multiple antenna types (logperiodic, patch, batwing, phased arrays, etc.).

• Knowledge of RF/microwave design principles and PCB integration.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with compliance testing and certification processes.

• Experience with advanced antenna concepts (beamforming, MIMO systems).

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• Tampere (on-site), full-time, permanent position.
