Lead/Team Lead - System Engineer

We are looking for a Lead/Team Lead - System Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. Qualified systems engineers will have a background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis.

• Ensure efficient monitoring and testing of services.
• Team management, good communication & Cross teams co-ordination
• Ensure timely notifications and alerts to the next level in the team in case of major impact on services.
• Ensure timely reports on server health, disk space management, Quality of service (QOS) and KPIs.
• Backup management.
• Deploy applications on production servers.
• Implement security policy on servers and fix vulnerabilities.

Who are you?

Experience : 4 to 6 yrs

• Educational Qualification : B.Tech./B.E/BCA/BSc(IT)
• Operating systems (Linux and Windows)
• Application software (Tomcat & Nginx)
• System management tools (Ansible)
• Backup and redundancy (Shell scripting)
• Scripting
• Troubleshooting
• Database management (Mysql & MongoDB)
• Dockers and Kubernetes
  

Big plus

• Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills
• leadership qualities
