Sailpoint ISC Engineer

SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance our identity governance platform. This role will be responsible for resolving production issues, managing Jira tickets, troubleshooting SailPoint ISC functionality, and supporting platform enhancements and implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SailPoint ISC, API integrations, and identity lifecycle management in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve SailPoint-related Jira tickets and support requests.
• Troubleshoot and remediate issues within the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform.
• Support SailPoint ISC implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.
• Develop and maintain API integrations with connected applications and systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize identity governance and access management processes.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Strong troubleshooting and platform support experience.
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and identity management workflows.
• Familiarity with Jira and incident/request management processes.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) concepts.
