Role Overview: We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead the development of our mobile platform. As the only engineer on a small team that includes a QA Architect and a Senior Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our mobile experience. This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up while collaborating closely with design and QA to deliver a world-class product. If you have experience shipping robust mobile applications and thrive in a dynamic, high-impact environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Architect, develop, and maintain our mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Collaborate with design and QA to deliver seamless and polished user experiences.
Define and implement best practices for mobile development, testing, and deployment.
Own technical decisions and ensure the scalability of our mobile platform.
Act as the main point of technical expertise for all things mobile.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development.
Expertise in React Native or native development for iOS/Android.
Proven track record of shipping high-quality mobile apps to production.
Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization and debugging.
Ability to thrive as the sole engineer in a collaborative, small-team environment.
Excellent English skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the renewable energy or SaaS industry.
Knowledge of geolocation technologies and real-time data integration.
Familiarity with SOC II compliance and secure app development practices.
