AI Team Lead

We are looking for AI Team Lead to join our Data, AI & Automation community in Helsinki.

We are strengthening our AI leadership and are now hiring:
The Team Lead role combines two essential responsibilities – leading the team and acting as a senior consultant.

Your Role

In this role, you will inspire and lead a team of experienced AI professionals by example. You are responsible for the well-being, professional growth, and performance of your team members, while also contributing hands-on to demanding AI customer engagements.

As a Team Lead, you are both:

• A people leader, supporting approximately 8–12 AI consultants in their development and career progression

• A highly experienced AI professional, actively working in client projects

Lead our AI Consultancy team, focusing on strategic advisory, enterprise AI transformation, and production-grade AI delivery.

You will succeed in this role if you have: 💥

• Extensive experience designing and delivering AI solutions into production environments

• Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including data platforms, MLOps practices, and cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLM-based systems or Agent force

• Experience working in consulting environments and leading customer-facing discussions (pre-sales)

• The ability to connect technical AI capabilities with real business impact

• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading senior professionals

• Fluent Finnish and strong English skills

You may already have experience as a Team Lead – or you may be a senior AI professional ready to take the next step into leadership.
