As an AI Principal, you are responsible for developing and commercializing Siili’s AI offering, leading go-to-market initiatives, and acting as a trusted advisor for our customers.
You operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business. You help senior stakeholders define their AI ambition and translate it into executable roadmaps and scalable solutions. At the same time, you stay close enough to delivery to ensure credibility and real-world impact.
You inspire our experts, elevate technical standards, and act as a thought leader within the AI domain.

LIFE AS AI PRINCIPAL AT SIILI

As AI Principal, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Shaping and developing AI-related offerings and building external visibility through thought leadership, public presentations, and content.

• Meeting customers, facilitating strategic discussions, and identifying new growth opportunities.

• Collaborating with Siili's account managers to create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and solution concepts.

• Acting as a senior advisor in customer engagements and supporting successful, production-ready deliveries.

Your role combines strategic commercial work with impactful customer engagement and technical credibility.

We believe that we can best help you build your story when you have:

• Strong experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions into production – from data pipelines and model development to deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

• Solid understanding of modern AI architectures, including cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP), MLOps practices, and scalable data engineering foundations.

• Practical knowledge of Generative AI and LLM-based systems, and the ability to evaluate where they create real business value.

• The ability to connect technical AI capabilities with measurable business impact and communicate architectural trade-offs clearly to both technical and senior business stakeholders.

• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset toward shaping offerings and identifying new opportunities.

• Exceptional communication skills in both conversation and writing – and fluency in Finnish and English.
