- Participate in the internship recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting ideal candidates.
- Provide support to the recruiter in terms of sourcing for full time recruitment, if required.
- Provide consultation and support to hiring managers by understanding their hiring requirement.
- Publicizing and sourcing for candidates using career website and school portals, ensuring that the posted vacancies are up to date.
- Take full responsibility for coordinating interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future roles via LinkedIn or other channels.
- Assist with new hire onboarding process and handle general HR enquiries from employees.
- Update and maintain our in-house tracking database to ensure accuracy.
- Represent Siemens as an Employer of Choice through knowledge of Siemens employer branding, in depth understanding of Siemens Mobility business and knowledge of the labor market.
- Engage in other HR related projects from time to time, such as, career fairs and some strategic initiatives.
- Currently pursuing / completed a degree in Business, Human Resource or related field.
- Students, fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture,
- Good team player who is self-motivated, independent and proactive.
- Keen eye for detail and excels in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
