Senior Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a full-time driven and enthusiastic senior project manager to join our US based team.
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing real estate construction and fit-out projects such as office and light industrial buildings from start through end.
- Ensuring implementation of Siemens Guidelines valuing Sustainability, Digitalization and Safety on site.
- Ensuring compliance of schedule, costs and quality throughout all phases.
- Ensuring integration of Siemens building products into projects, whenever possible.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with all project stakeholders, coordinating all external and internal project participants in a respectful and structured manner.
- Driving digitalization and innovation, taking the opportunity to identify creative solutions to improve projects and processes.
Basic Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a comparable Real Estate related qualification or 10 years of professional work experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Strong change management skills, with the ability to adapt while maintaining project goals.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the Americas, with travel time expected to be 30%-50%.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate project updates, proposals, and outcomes to various stakeholders.
- 5-10 years experience in an international environment leading multinational team and demonstrating intercultural sensitivity.
- Driven, with a high level of motivation to learn and develop as well as an affinity for innovation.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work in US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Requirements:
- PMI (e.g. PMP) or IPMA certification is appreciated and will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus.
- Experience with LEED certification or comparable sustainability standard is preferred.
- Fluency of other languages beyond English is appreciated.
- Positive attitude and committed to team collaboration and communication.
- Structured way of working and good time management.

- The pay range for this position is $106,000 - $181,700 and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
