You’ll make an impact by:

• Interpret and elaborate requirements, to assess value to business and convert to sustainable solutions.
• Collection, processing, cleaning & uploading data received from various systems/ETL processes working with Tableau, Power BI, Oracle & Microsoft SQL databases.
• Automation of existing processes through digital transformation and partnering with IT as well as key business stakeholders.
• Visualization of datasets for various business functions in Tableau/Power BI and highlighting key areas of business improvement across Siemens Mobility.
• Access, maintenance and monitoring of Power BI/Tableau Dashboards and tracking KPI’s to promote Dashboard usage and effectiveness.
• Support various digitalization improvement topics/initiatives as a key stakeholder/SME for internal project and for client projects.
• Applying latest best in class analytics solutions & methods - Python/R and statistical Machine Learning.
• Build sound working relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders to help ensure ROI from improvement initiatives and data visualization.
• Become a key member of the SMO digitalization/data analytics rollout/roadmap while continuously promoting various initiatives/improvement topics throughout Siemens Mobility.
• Training and support for newly developed functions, systems & tools.
• Cooperate with IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible to leverage big data use cases.
• Standardize data collection by developing methods for database design and validation reports.

You’ll win us over by:

• Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in ICT or a related discipline such as statistics, mathematics or similar.
• Minimum of two years professional experience in a Power Bi functions in Project Management domain.
• Integration of Power BI and Oracle Primavera P6 is added advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, data manipulation, reporting tools and processes is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare proposals and scopes of work.  
• Experienced in data visualization, data analysis and business analysis.
• Database management and reporting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
