Senior Application Engineer - PCB

Key Responsibilities :

Providing technical support to customers via telephone and other electronic means, and at customer locations

Assisting customers in deploying Siemens EDA’s EBS software to solve design challenges

Tracking and updating customer issues using defined Siemens EDA processes and tracking tools

Developing and delivering technical training on new features and product updates

Developing technical content for Siemens EDA's knowledge base

Communicating customers' technical requirements as well as customer issues to the product and sales teams

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor, Compute/Software Engineering., or related.

3 or more years of PCB/Package design and verification, or related EDA/MDA fields.

Software product analysis and API coding skills using various languages are preferred

A team player and an independent worker with good problem-solving capabilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Fluent in Korean and English

Preferred Skills

Experience with PCB/3DIC Package Design or Verification products

Proficiency in using PCB or 3DIC Package Design software like Cadence APD, Mentor Xpedition, etc

Proficiency in using SI/PI analysis software like Ansys HFSS, Cadence Sigrity, Keysight ADS, Mentor HyperLynx

Design data management, Model Based System Engineering

Scripting Experience in EDA tools (e.g., Python, Tcl. Vbscript, Java)
