We are looking for a Lead Software Developer
You’ll make a difference by:
- Strong proficiency in Java development (10+ years) with extensive experience in Spring Boot ecosystem, including Spring Core, Spring Boot, and Spring Data JPA
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful web services design principles or any message broker (Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ etc.)
- Demonstrates strong capability to analyze business and technical requirements and transform them into scalable, robust architectural solutions and detailed technical designs.
- Experience with containerization (Docker)
- Proven experience in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and design patterns
- Strong background in database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.)
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
- Proficient in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment with proven ability to deliver within sprints
- Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Angular and TypeScript
- Working knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native development
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Experience with GitLab CI for continuous integration and deployment
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Background in product-based companies with experience in product releases
