We are seeking a highly skilled IT Software Developer (f/m/d) who will be responsible for developing applications based on the Webcon BPS system.
You’ll create impact by:
- Creating IT solutions based on the Webcon BPS system
- Maintenance and development of existing applications based on the Webcon BPS system
- Participation in cross-platform projects – Webcon, Leo Leasing CMS, and API
Required experience:
- 6+ years of work as a developer
- 4+ years of work in the modification and development of processes on the WEBCON BPS platform
- 4+ years in the area of system integration
- Experience working in Jira
Key competencies:
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in coordinating the implementation of IT systems.
- Knowledge of REST API/web services.
- Optimization of T-SQL queries.
- Knowledge of BPMN and process management principles.
- Knowledge in creating SDK add-ons in the WEBCON BPS system.
- Basic programming skills (C#)
- Ability to document business requirements and processes.
- Knowledge of the English and Polish language at a communicative level

- .Net
- MSSQL (T-SQL)
- Oracle (PL/SQL)
- WEBCON BPS
- SOAP/Rest API
