As an IT DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our software development lifecycle and enhancing collaboration between development and operations teams. Your expertise will help us automate processes, improve system reliability, and ensure seamless deployment of applications.

The role that you will play:

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce deployment times.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
• Implement security best practices across the development and deployment processes.
• Ability to manage cloud infrastructure and optimize resource utilization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our IT systems.

What you need to make real what matters:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in DevOps practices and tools (e.g.  Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Professional Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or a related field is expected.
• Language knowledge: proficient in Romanian and in English.
