Duties: Develop and manage comprehensive data center infrastructure roadmap to meet evolving business needs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Oversee projects encompassing the design, construction, operation, and repair of data centers and mission-critical environments. Ensure seamless coordination of various systems and optimal budget planning. Utilize EDA software to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with business division’s needs. Program and operate sophisticated monitoring systems ( Nlyte NEO software for energy optimization, Siemens Desigo BMS, Maximo, etc.) to detect, manage, and mitigate risks to ensure swift resolution of incidents to maintain data center integrity. Drive the team's strategic vision and management goals, leveraging diverse qualifications and experience to foster innovation, collaboration, and success. Utilize financial acumen to translate technical requirements into cost-effective solutions and conduct comprehensive analyses to optimize total cost of ownership over the lifecycle of data center assets. Facilitate problem resolution while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational best practices. Facilitate operational support for regional data centers and critical environments. Maintain on-call availability to promptly respond to emergencies, ensuring uninterrupted data center operations and business continuity.

Requirements: Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 96 months of experience in the job offered or in anInfrastructure Engineering -related occupation.

Position requires experience in the following:

1. 8 years of experience working in data centers and mission-critical facilities

2. 3 years of experience leading or managing a team responsible for mission-critical facilities including UPSes and CRAC units.

3. Working with Emulation hardware and processes.

4. Working with Capex, Opex and depreciation for financial planning, execution of projects, and consolidated annual budget planning

5. Creating, understanding, and reviewing documents such as SOWs and MSAs in collaboration with procurement and legal teams

6. Overseeing and guiding technical employees.

Telecommuting permitted within commutable distance. 10% domestic and international travel required. [HYBRID ROLE]
