Responsibilities:

• Is responsible for all products and solutions development activities in the assigned part of the R&D organization.
• Is responsible for hardware, firmware, and mechanical sustaining
• Manages organization unit assigned, and leads, motivates and develops dedicated employees.
• Implements ultrasound technical roadmap for current and future systems
• Plans and allocates resources and budgets to relevant projects or activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• 10+ years experience in ultrasound or medical device technology
• Experience leading a high-performing team

The base pay range for this position is:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
