What part will you play? 

· This role includes two team leads: Head of Supplier Quality Management (SQM) and Head of Quality Manager in Project for Solution business (QMiP). 

· As Head of SQM your line manager is in HQ Germany and as Head QMiP your line manager is the Head of QM&GCC India. 

· Ensure compliance with the implementation of the Business Unit SQM and QMiP requirements 

· For SQMs preventive actions, technical specifications and qualification of suppliers in India are in focus. 

· Monitor SQM KPI´s and ensuring improvement actions together with the supplier. 

· Execute Pre-Assesments for new suppliers together with respective functions. 

· Plan Supplier Audits with the Material Teams including follow ups. 

· Ensure together with Procurement coverage of Quality Assurance Agreements. 

· Assist in Supplier qualification for solution projects. 

· Drive lessons learned activities within global SQM community. 

· The main tasks for QMiPs are to ensure risk mitigations from the bid stage until project hand over. 

· You will work closely with the Bid- and Project manager to support successful acquisition and execution of solution projects. 

· NCC monitoring and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive measures with the respective departments. 

· You will take part of the global QMiP community to exchange lessons learnt. 

You'll win us over by:  

Education: You successfully completed your master’s degree or comparable qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 

Experience: 

· Long term experience in Supplier Quality Management and/or Quality Management. 

· You have experience with Project Management for Solutions Projects. (i.e.PM@Siemens) 

· You are an experienced and certified auditor according to VDA 6.3 or equivalent. 

Skills: 

· Strong Management skills. 

· Intense analytical skills and attention to detail. 

· You convince with core quality methods like FMEA and VSM. 

· Knowledge of industry standards and best practices. 

· Team leadership experience is required 

· Global experience is highly rated. 

Language Skills: Fluent English is required for this position.
