Then come in and join our Singapore team as an Enterprise Services Operation Manager and Procurement Specialist to be involved in delivering and managing healthcare projects. This role dual-reports to the In-Vivo Execution Manager and Procurement Manager.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Enterprise Services Operation Manager
- You will oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of assigned project or site.
- You will manage customer's expectation to ensure services rendered meets project deliverables.
- You will work closely with Finance and Enterprise Services team to deliver services within allocated budget.
- You will take lead to establish operational processes and procedures based on project or site requirements and ensure it is continually reviewed and improved.
- You will prepare quarterly updates on assigned project or site for management review.
- You will foster development of relationship with customers to excel in customer satisfaction.
Procurement
- You will manage the full Purchase to Pay (P2P) cycle, which includes sourcing, procurement, ensuring timely delivery to sites, and facilitating prompt vendor payments.
- You will oversee end-to-end Supplier Quality Management, ensuring that all vendors meet our standards and regulatory requirements, including vendor onboarding.
- Optimizing the performance of existing vendors.
- Assessing vendor performance through KPIs and regular reviews.
- Introducing new vendors to maintain competitive pricing.
- You will actively participate in the Tendering process and engage in direct negotiations with vendors.
- You will collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Project Management, Customer Service, Clients, and Vendors.

Your qualifications and experiences:
- You hold a successfully completed Degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management. Candidate with Diploma and/or at least 3-5 years of relevant experience may be considered.
- You have knowledge in Contract Management, Facility Management and/or Project Management.
- Experience within Healthcare Services & Product Knowledge in Diagnostic Imaging and/or Advanced Therapies systems will be advantageous.
- SAP, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Your personality and skills:
- You have good technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
- You will need to possess good communication skills.
- You will be required to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes when needed. You have the capability to manage high stress situations.
- You are highly motivated, enthusiastic, drive for continuous improvement and can-do attitude.
- You are prepared to work in a hospital or clinic environment.
- You can work independently.
