As Director of Power Automation Solutions Business Growth Architect, you'll drive strategy development, market analysis, and the design of innovative solutions. Collaborating with global teams, you'll shape the future of our business by aligning offerings with evolving customer needs and industry trends:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess market trends and customer needs in the Power Automation Solutions sector.
- Develop the future power automation solutions offerings landscape and implement short-, mid-, and long-term strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
- Lead the development of innovative solutions, including architectures, functionalities, applications, and srevices.
- Leverage emerging industry trends to create forward-looking solutions that meet evolving market demands.
- Analyze competitors to ensure our solutions are competitive, relevant, and marketable.
- Work closely with product teams to define product and system requirements, align roadmaps, and support successful implementation. You will initiate necessary developments, drive the required actions, and track the implementation trhough to successful completion.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with external suppliers to improve solution offerings.
- Encourage teams in both internal and external development projects, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Build and implement market strategies, including rollout plans that emphasize the outstanding selling points of our solutions.
- Identify and support organizational change initiatives that promote growth and inclusivity across global teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering or a related field.
- Shown long-term experience in power automation, with a successful track record in business growth.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs, with the ability to translate them into actionable solutions.
- Innovative attitude, with a dedication to encouraging collaboration and embracing diverse perspectives.
- Excellent networking and coordination skills for enganging with Product Line Managers, development teams, and global partners.
- Self-motivated with a passion for driving growth and promoting an encouraging, inclusive work environment.
- Experience working with international, cross-functional teams to build a collaborative and innovative culture with collaborative leadership skills.
- Proficient in English; Proficiency in German or another language is a plus.
