DevOps Engineer Mobile Ticketing - Web Chapter (m/f/d)

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer Mobile Ticketing - Web Chapter (m/f/d) to strengthen our team! In your role you will be responsible for these topics in particular: 

Your role:

- Support our delivery squads in automating the application lifecycle through build, test, stage, and production environments by using DevOps and continuous delivery/deployment best practices.

 - Deploy highly available systems for our innovative sales and ticketing products.

- Develop effective tooling and monitoring alerts to identify and resolve availability risks.

- Troubleshoot production issues of distributed systems through all levels of our tech stack.

- Provide On-Call service for core systems

Your profile:

Must have:

- Setup a highly available Infrastructure environment in an AWS and Kubernetes ecosystem.

- Maintained a Kubernetes cluster and have strong skills in Docker (ideally 2+ years).

- Experience in operating a B2C Platform.

- Strong knowledge in IaC via e.g. Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible.

Nice to have:

- Experience in maintaining ci/cd deployment pipelines of highly available systems.

- Experience with cloud platforms e.g., AWS. 

- Provide guidance for software engineers towards cloud native setup.

- Proficient in understanding OSI model for basic troubleshooting of network issues.

- Ideally experience in on-call.
